All Auction & Fund-A-Need categories will be auctioned in-person, virtually, and on the pledge cards at each table.

Auction

• Cozy Cabin Get-Away: 2-night stay at a cozy, 2 bedroom cabin from RentBranson.com, sometime between April - mid-May 2021! Bidding starts at $400.

• Serene Shalom Escape: 2 night stay for your family or small group at the best retreat center west of the Mississippi. Take it for yourself or give the gift away!

Fund-A-Need

• ​​Shalom Staff: Squeaky Clean & Beautifully Green: Keeping Shalom in tip top shape, from the wiping to the weedeating, this item will pay for the staff needed for cleaning and mowing during the busiest seasons of the year. This item breaks down to $3,000 for cleaning and $2,000 for mowing. Goal: $5,000

• Spread the Word!: we don’t want to be the best kept secret in Kansas so we’re ramping up our advertising in 2021. We have room to increase facility capacity! Glenwood Creative is producing the advertising and wonderful videos that you will enjoy at the dinner. This item will include a year of high-quality marketing with Glenwood including photo and video content, social media, Facebook and Google ads, print material and more. Goal: $5,000

• Fixer Upper: essential construction & building repairs; this item will go toward brick-and-mortar necessities, cabin roofs, Guesthouse windows wood rot replacement, Chapel blinds, and gravel parking expansion. We’re breaking this item into several donations

  • $2,500: Guesthouse window trim wood rot replacement

  • $2,000: Parking lot expansion

  • $1,000: Cabin Roof

• Summertime Supplies!: From safety wear to recreational flare. Exciting fun-in-the-sun supplies to make 2021 the best summer yet! Includes items such as a volleyball net, disc golf baskets, huge Lilly Pad lake mat, and a GaGa Ball pit! Goal: $3,000

• Lounge Lizards: brand new Guesthouse furniture for those many deeply inspiring, retreat heart-to-heart talks. This will allow a timely upgrade to include 2 couches, 2 comfy chairs, 2 side tables, and lamp shades. Goal: $3,000

• BBQ Bucks & Snack Shack Jack: The eatin' makes the meetin'! This is for a new grill for the many camp dogs and burgers and a deep freezer for the new Feed Bin Snack Shack. Goal: $1,000

• Camper Scholarships: $500: Individual scholarships for unforgettable and fun-filled camp memories for deserving, under-resourced kids. $500 per 10 kids or $250 per 5 kids for up to 100 kids.

• General Support: $100
