ENROLLING
New / Interested Families
The enrollment procedure at Christ Prep begins with attendance at an Information Meeting, followed by a Family Interview. (Read more here.)
The Information Meetings are open to the public and are designed to help parents become familiar with our unique school model
The Family Interview is for your family once you decide you wish to proceed with enrolling in Christ Prep. Families that have attended an informational meeting receive a link to an online scheduler in order to set this important meeting
Bringing the required documents received at the time of the informational meeting to the family interview will help expedite the enrollment process. Completed paperwork and payment of the enrollment fee results in a new family being sent the link to an online enrollment portal when the process is opened to new families.
Returning Families
Online Enrollment Process
Returning families can access the re-enrollment process through the Sycamore Home Page – log in using your family username and password (you will not be able to re-enroll from your child’s Sycamore account). On the left side of the screen, click “My School”, then “My Re-Enrollment”. You will immediately be taken to the start page of the enrollment process. Continue through the various steps to complete the enrollment. Please pay particular attention to the fact that in Step 2, you will be asked to choose the classes for your student(s). You will be unable to continue — and thus unable to complete enrollment — unless you do that.
Contact us if you need assistance: [email protected].
Families with secondary students in eighth grade and above should make an appointment with Laurie Hutchison, Academic Advisor, before enrolling in classes.
Enrollment is not finalized until the registration fee is paid, classes are chosen, and required documents have been submitted.

↣Textbooks:
Secondary parents purchase most of the textbooks for their students: look up the required textbooks on the following list. If a class is not listed then you do not have a textbook to purchase. Check with the school near the end of a school year for the date of our used textbook sale – you can sell and purchase required textbooks. Elementary families receive an invoice that includes a book fee: all books are provided by the school.
